Please Note: Technical Support will not be provided until payment arrangements have been made. All Purchase orders are accepted on government accounts only. Hourly services can be purchased in blocks of 40 incidences at a reduced rate of 20%. 

Per Incident charges
Per-incident telephone charges are a one time fee for a particular problem or issue. You will not be charged any additional amount if the problem remains related to the issue you called about.

All TCD non freeware products have 30 days of free technical support. After this period service contracts are available at approximately 30% of original and accumulative purchases. Program upgrades are no charge under service agreements. Prices vary with level of support and quantity of network users.
